A five part yoga series based in restorative yoga, meditation, mindfulness designed to help you settle, nourish and heal. When our nervous systems are over activated from emotional triggers we cannot ‘choose’ to calm down. Through this five part yoga series we’ll work on coming back to self and creating safety.

This series is designed to soothe and facilitate a nurturing space for survivors of trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, Abuse and Grief, and other stress disorders.
